Refund Policy
Agents Advantage Real Estate Academy is committed to your satisfaction with our continuing education courses. If a course isn’t right for you, here’s how refunds work.
When refunds are available
You may request a full refund of your course tuition if both of the following are true:
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase, AND
- You have not completed more than 50% of the course content at the time of the request.
When refunds are not available
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have completed more than 50% of the course content
- A certificate of completion has been issued and CE credit has been reported to the state
- The course was provided at no charge (free, promotional, or complimentary access)
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- The course title and the date of purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
State-specific terms
If the state in which you hold (or are seeking) a real estate license has refund or cancellation rules that differ from this policy, those state rules will apply. Connecticut students: this policy is consistent with applicable Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection requirements.

This policy is effective as of the date below and may be updated. Continued use of the courses after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
