Agents Advantage Real Estate Academy (“we,” “us,” “the school”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver our courses and report your continuing education credit:

  • Registration information — name, email address, mailing address, and (where applicable) your real estate license number
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Course progress and assessment data — lesson completion, quiz scores, final exam results, course evaluation responses, and time spent in lessons
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, and basic device information collected automatically when you use the site

How we use your information

  • To deliver the courses you’ve purchased
  • To issue your certificate of completion
  • To report your CE credit to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and any other applicable state regulator where you hold a license
  • To improve our courses, using aggregated, non-identifying data
  • To communicate with you about your account, course updates, or customer service matters
  • To send you news about new courses or school updates — only if you’ve opted in via our email signup form. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share information with

We share your information only as needed to deliver the service:

  • State regulators where you hold a license) — for CE credit reporting, as required by law
  • ARELLO (if ARELLO approved course) – aggregated, non-identifying course evaluation data is shared at recertification, as required by ARELLO certification standards
  • Stripe — to process payments. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
  • MailerLite — to deliver email communications you’ve opted into. MailerLite’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
  • Hosting and technical service providers — as needed to operate the website

We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to track your course progress. We may also use basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep your information

  • Course completion records: at least 4 years (Connecticut DCP retention requirement)
  • Course evaluation data: through the ARELLO 3-year recertification cycle
  • Account information: until you request deletion, subject to the legal retention periods above

Your rights

You may request to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information, subject to the legal retention periods above
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Our courses are intended for licensed real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
