Tammy Heeber is a CDEI-certified (Certified Distance Education Instructor) Certified Residential Appraiser who has been actively appraising properties in Connecticut for nearly 40 years. She holds designations and credentials that few CE instructors can match — because she’s not just teaching theory. She’s practicing it every day.
Her courses cover topics that are nearly impossible to find elsewhere in CE: Fannie Mae guidelines, making adjustments, the legal definition of value, municipal records research, pricing 2-4 family properties, vacant land valuation, and working effectively with the appraisal process.
